NOT FOR FRESHERS!!! Position Title: Server Support Engineer
Experience: 1+ Years (Server Experience)
Education: Any diploma/graduate
Primary Responsibilities:
• Remote monitoring of windows 2003 servers which includes of Performance, uptime, SQL DB, website status, web basedapplication & server resources
• Responding to Alerts on monitoring tools
• Troubleshoot Web Application and website issues
• Work closely with various teams for early issue closures
• Provide necessary information/observations/logs & all required support to L2/L3 team to diagnose a reported/escalated problem
Competencies Required:
* One plus years of related experience.
* Prior experience of server management.
* Must be a good Team Player.
* Good Communication skills Verbal and Written.
* Quality and Process Orientation
* Proactively identify issues and resolve those issues.
* Quick Learner
* Willingness to work in all Shift Roaster
